1000 Blogs Against The Slaughter Of Whales!

Posted on 12. Apr, 2008 by in News

I ran across this site via entrecard. I highly recommend visiting The Radical Blogger’s site and subscribing. This is probably the best first “Green” themed post I could do for a super worthy clause.

This is the Radical Bloggers version of a Blog petition.

He hopes to get 1000 bloggers to add their blogs to the 1000 Blog Protest Against The Slaughter Of Whales campaign.

If you find this photo distressing then please add your blog. At the very least you will get a link back to your site.

No strings. You do not have to a write a post pointing to this post (although any promotions for this campaign would be welcome).

To join this campaign just leave a comment with the blog URL(s) you want linked. Please also leave your country so that he can sort all the blogs into regions.

By adding your comments to HIS page you are supporting the call to stop all harvesting of whales in the name of research by the Japanese government.

By adding your comments to this page you condemning the slaughter of this baby whale along with all other whales.

I totally agree. Any expsure I can help with is not a problem. I plan to document this situation for my “Green” section as this is something I remember from when I was a child.

This indeed is a great cause. It has proven to be a difficult goal to reach, but thanks for publicizing it! I was one of the first couple to sign up and write about his idea. The more it spreads, the greater the chances of realizing 1,000 blogs.

    Thanks again – Will
