I have once again decided to narrow down the blog a bit in hopes of targeting what my potential readers will see. I still want to incorporate news, and reviews into the blog, but to a lesser extent. In the upcoming weeks you should see some graphical changes coming to the blog. I am having made new 125×125, 468×60 advertisements; as well as, a new logo. I have failed to exploit Big Ben in the manner I had originaly planned to so it will be taking its leave soon from the blog.
Also the new byline for the blog when it relaunches instead of the current: Blogging, Internet Marketing, News, Reviews and Life, will instead be Blogging and Internet Marketing Tips. I will be keeping the BenjaminPatton.com domain as the link point and home for the blog still, but I am thinking of buying bigbenpattonsplace.com to 301 redirect along with Bigbenpatton.com to the main domain.
I have decided to drop my proxy as I just do not have time to promote it at all and to be honest it is just paying the hosting costs associated with its use. I am still working on importing my leads into aweber this has been painful as of late since I am overly busy at work. Once I get this step done I will have the free ebook and download link up and connected to my autoresponder.
I am going to be tagging all of my previous posts over the next month or so and plan to tag every new post for better sorting, etc.
The theme may be seeing a few minor reworkings keep your eyes peeled.
I have plans still in the works to do a broadcast on ustream still just working on getting everything ready for the relaunch.
I have not yet added the Internet Marketers toolbox as I am waiting to do a few more articles on the subject before adding it. I also want to format it correctly so as I am not redoing it as I am the bloggers tool box atm.
Last but not least I am working on another contest. It will be a readership based promotion as my last one was, but this time I am planning to bring in some really nice stuff. Less prizes higher quality. Keep an eye out as this will go live with the relaunch.
Not really a content driven post today but I wanted to update everyone with what is going on behind the scenes at the moment.
