All of us can use a little extra hosting space for something these days. I hope everyone enjoys this gold nugget of a find. Thanks to Grahm for emailing it to me!

FileSavr.com was created as a fresh alternative to sites like MegaUpload and RapidShare. Unlike those sites, we do not reel the user in and make them wait for annoying countdown timers. We do not hide the download link with aggressively placed ads. Their goal is simple, to offer the most basic file hosting and image hosting service so you can share your stuff quickly.

If you have been blogging or internet marketing any amount of time then you know how easy it is to fall into a rut. You also know how hard it is to break out of this once you establish a set pattern of behavior. I am to guilty of this as well, but you know what their is hope. That hope is simple by setting realistic goals for whatever endeavor it may be that you are undertaking. Originally I was focused on what most would consider endgame goals mostly analytic scores etc. These days I am focused on writing creative and honest content that everyone can use no matter the stage of their own project.

All this being said you first have to know what it is or where it is you want to go with your blog or whatever project it may be you are working on at the moment. Some will tell you to aim high, others will tell you to stay grounded. Not to be cliche but I really try to aim for my goals to be just out of reach. If you do this a kind of twist on either of the previously mentioned you will have a reasonable goal that you will most definately have to work very hard at to achieve. Now that we know about where we should be setting our goals lets look at some tips for motivating you and assisting you through the rigors of success.

We have all suffered from these situations at one point or another, and I am sure we all have taken notice to the self help industries answer. The answer is not a course or program which you will pay for it is simply taking the time to realize what is really important and spending your time wisely. Rich or Poor we are all given the same amount of hours every day to accomplish the tasks at hand. Today I want to talk with you about how I create an effective schedule and stay organized.

In my personal quest to find more efficent ways to make money offline I have decided to rent my hotel’s meeting room. Full price would be $50 a day. Not to bad as it accomidates roughly 16 people. So minus myself I can seat up to 15 others per class. Follow closely. I have been planning to run a “Getting started online” “blogging”, “affiliate marketing/sales”, etc classes. I figure the classes would run for 1-2 hours and after my initial run I believe I would be able to schedule upto 2-3 classes a day. This creates leads for me to further instruct; as well as, business associates for future products.

It also will have the potential to earn some extra income. This can propel many of my projects from the ground floor where they currently are resting. I believe this is something that everyone should try no matter their niche. From self help, to blogging advise, affiliate sales, email marketing, etc. It can be done for anything. And the potential to maximize your earnings by keeping everything in house offers you the ability to be a super affiliate and a great mentor.

While I would never wish any harm on any bloggers site, backups or content this does happen everyday. I have known a few bloggers to be completely wiped out from existence over this and as you can imagine they just did not have the heart to continue afterward. I wanted to take a post out on this matter and raise awareness that being prepared is in your best interest.

While some will go over the top with 3 off site back ups a day I feel that may be a little excessive untill your success levels are so high that you may lose your shirt if you were to otherwise experience any downtime at all. But since for the most part I feel like I am addressing blogs like my own we will deal with this in a more real world situation for now.

First install the db back up plug in for wp. Run it daily, have it auto sent to a sleeping gmail account. Also save it server side and if your nutty mail it to another account which is local to where you write your blog.

This can apply to so much more than just blogging, products for reviews, or tickets to conventions. This is a great life lesson for everyone not already sure how to do this. Its mostly a mindset and being able to relay what you feel upon the idea, notion, or product, etc that you want.

1.) Focus on what you want – Be crystal clear about what it is. Picture the end result with as much detail as possible. Don’t worry about not getting it, as that puts your attention on what you don’t want.

2.) Energize your belief - two factors in getting what you want are the desire and the belief it’s possible.

3.) Commit to it – the Universe responds to commitment and confidence. Don’t wonder if you’ll ever get what you’re asking for; know it is yours simply because you choose it. You are worthy of whatever you choose, so embrace it with confidence.
