I'll admit. I quit a blog that was doing really well after about a year for an offer that I thought was pretty good at that time. Today, if I kept on developing it, I could probably make that much in a month from that one blog only. Blogging is really a long term plan that you need to set. I made my mistake with my first blog a few years ago, but since I'm now really checking out blogging, I'm not making that mistake again! Statics last blog post..How Many Post to Start a Blog?

Good one Ben, I agree. Many get into blogging thinking it will be a quick way to make some money. Nothing about blogging is quick, unless it's a spam blog. Building up traffic, content, loyal readers, and finding your voice all take time. If you pick a topic just because it seems like it would make money, you'll have a hard time maintaining the blog.
