Good morning, afternoon, evening or night!

Monday is back AGAIN! Every week I feel utter surprise that the time has gone so fast…

I’m settled in Vermont now until the end of June and have happily gotten back into my regular exercise schedule. I’m starting to feel great as I need to shed a few pounds but…. I am doing a hell of a lot of eating too…

I’m feeling a little trapped right now as I know that I have to get some nice earnings i before I go to England, but I also want to enjoy the warm weather and enjoy driving around and leaisurely saying goodbye to everyone here… It’s a hard life…

So this week I am pretty stacked with client work. However I don’t plan to ignore you guys here. I hope to slowly sneak out a new design here and start on the $5 formula example blog (see the post Doubling My Adsense Income for more details) that I will be posting about to show you all how it works. I am going to work on the subject and keywords today and then get some feedback from the Coaching With Josh forum to make sure that I have them right for you guys.

Oh by the way… I have started work on a header for the site and would love a little reader feedback. Please let me know your honest opinion: RealBloggingTipsHeader1

I’m planning on putting email sign up on the right and possibly a tagline too… Any other suggestions would be great.

Now to the music for today. This song burst into action when I was struggling up the last hill of my run today. It pushed me so much that I decided to share it.
