Musically Motivated Monday – Rise and Shine

Hey Everyone….
So sorry for absence, loads of good things going on. I have been working on some niche sites, client work and a large network that is up for sale on Flippa.
I won’t reveal my niche sites, sorry 
.
However I did want to mention one of the jobs I recently did for a client, because I think he is awesome and the blog is going to be a smash hit. So if you like beer and a laugh go and visit the Big Beer Blog by Allyn Hane.
As for my network, well two other online publishers and I put a hell of a lot of work into this. It’s called the Zodiac Man Blog Network and consists of 13 sites total. Traffic is rising so the new owner will make some good dough. You can see the Flippa auction here if you are interested.
Also there will be some cool stuff happening with this blog in the coming weeks, so stay tuned…..
I was feeling a little stressed and slightly hum drum this morning but feeling a little better now. Just eating a banana and getting ready for my daily workout…. Us bloggers have to keep fit! It’s easy to slip into bad habits!
This song from last year by the awesome Breeders relaxed me and chilled me out a bit, just need the energy from my workout and will be fired up to get working today. I hope you are well and please let me know what you think of the song.

Awesome, I love swimming. When I was living in Canada earlier this year I was swimming 70 lengths twice a week and it felt great. Sadly there is no public pool in my immediate area, well not for length swimming, just a few smaller pools in expensive health clubs.
Sweet photo – at first I thought you were skydiving. And glad to see you posting again. We all caught busy, especially with the incoming holidays, so don’t sweat it.

Yes the strange thing is we make ourselves this busy and manic, ha ha! Like we feel we have to punish ourselves for something!

Wow, Allyn Hane’s website is so cool!!!! And about your idea on making the Music Motivated Monday it’s own website sounds pretty cool, I am sure it could be a website that could easily go viral with the proper domain name!
