According to Ping’s blog, Ping.fm now supports AOL’s newly acquired SocialThing! Yeah!
For those of you who haven’t had the chance to sign up, Ping.fm is offering 1000 lucky people to use invite “pingfm” to join. Already a member of Ping.fm and SocialThing? use the beta code “socialthing” through your Ping console to add your SocialThing account and get started pinging!
UPDATE: Now SocialThing has added Ping.fm to their services, allowing you to Ping directly from your SocialThing interface.

I actuall use both services and I can’t still get around why I need to access Socialthing through Ping.fm. Or is it Socialthing is adding the one thing that Ping.fm lacked: a good consolidated timeline?
