The Top 5 Ways To Get What You Want

This can apply to so much more than just blogging, products for reviews, or tickets to conventions. This is a great life lesson for everyone not already sure how to do this. Its mostly a mindset and being able to relay what you feel upon the idea, notion, or product, etc that you want.
1.) Focus on what you want – Be crystal clear about what it is. Picture the end result with as much detail as possible. Don’t worry about not getting it, as that puts your attention on what you don’t want.
2.) Energize your belief - two factors in getting what you want are the desire and the belief it’s possible.
3.) Commit to it – the Universe responds to commitment and confidence. Don’t wonder if you’ll ever get what you’re asking for; know it is yours simply because you choose it. You are worthy of whatever you choose, so embrace it with confidence.
4.) Take inspired action – forget what you think you “should†be doing. Listen to your intuition, pay attention to hunches and gut feelings. Then follow up on those intuitive hits with inspired action. Take action that feels good.
5.) Release attachment – reduce resistance and increase “allowing” by releasing your attachment to the outcome. Go with the flow, knowing everything is unfolding perfectly. What you resist, persists! – so let go of struggle and let it be easy.
These are things you should practice in every aspect of your life possible. Often not even thinking that something is impossible is the best. I have just in this blogs short time not taken no for a few things that many would have. A great example of this was my press pass for affiliate summit east. I was originally rejected as my blog was not mature enough and I had not previously attended such an event. I waited two weeks and sent an amazing letter pointing out what I did have to offer and that I was in fact ready for this type of event. Never show weakness and always exude confidence. Thier is a point where you should know to accept “no” as the final answer but out of the box or even before you attempt whatever grand plan it is your have, never accept no and never listen to anyone but your own heart. People who are successful do not accept no and are always confident to who they may be approaching for the next big thing.
I hope everyone uses these tips for getting what they want and being a successful blogger, or for that matter a successful human being.
How do you prepare for tough sales pitches to people you would normally be outside your reach? Do you find that being confident and being to the point is effective or have you found another method that works equally better?

Indeed! I always say GO FOR IT! The only thing you will get from a potential rejection is exactly what you already have, so you really have nothing to lose.
More often than not, we impede our own progress by thinking we can’t possibly accomplish what it is we are thinking…”I’m not big enough yet”, “that person is too important to talk to me”, stuff like that.
Honestly, I have had a lot more success talking to some people most wouldn’t think would converse with them, than those who you’d expect to reply.
What I’m saying is, most expect to get personal and pretty regular feedback from the “lesser known” marketers or bloggers, but don’t even imagine they can email, chat, or converse with the “Big Boys”.
I have found this not true in all cases, and I’ll reach out to whomever I feel I’d like to get to know better. Some respond, and some don’t. Some are big boys, some are small guys. It doesn’t matter to me, I treat them all the same!
So go get it! You’re right Ben, we can’t psych ourselves out of the race before we even set foot on the track!
